  I was approved to live here and was between this and another apartment nearby. They told me I would receive notice within a day (24 hours) of whether or not I was approved. I sent emails multiple times daily trying to find a response on the status of my application. It took a week for them to let me know I was approved. The reason I give this place one star (and warn you to stay far away) is because you have to pay a reservation fee of $250 when you apply to hold the apartment.. which you can get back within 72 hours of applying if you change your mind.. The thing is, they are not going to tell you within 72 hours if you were approved. So, they keep that money if you decide on another apartment complex. I kindly explained how I thought it was inhumane and that I begged for a response everyday since I applied they said tough luck. Long story short DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE 100% certain you want to live here. I am so happy I decided not to because it goes to show the place is run by heartless people who do not actually care about you. Also, there are really sketchy people who hang out around this complex every time I visited and everything smells like cigarettes. The leasing agent took 2 hours just to even speak with me WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.. Not a place I would want to call home.
